How am I charged?

Billing is based on the number of active contacts in your account.

How many mail accounts can I send from?

You can add as many team members to your account as needed. Each team member can integrate with their Gmail or GSuite account.

What is a contact?

A contact is a unique individual in your account with whom you can message through Funnelfly.

What is an active contact?

An active contact is someone that you can message in your Funnelfly account. Archive contacts to remove them from your active contact list.

Can I upgrade and downgrade anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade and downgrade at any time by adding contacts and archiving contacts.

Do you offer annual subscription plans?

Yes, we offer 15% off annual plan subscriptions for Funnelfly when paid up front.

What’s your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your subscription renews.

* There is a 3 month minimum commitment on the Growth Coaching and Growth Genius plans.

Do you offer bulk SMS discounts?

We currently do not offer bulk discounts on SMS messaging.
